Well, before I sell all of the UNT art dept short let me point out that my roommate and partner in crime was a graphic design major there, and aside from the grueling hours his education was second to none as far as I can tell. Likewise the sculpture department seems pretty supportive and helpful. Mainly the caution I would give is to avoid touting the term "illustrator" too much in the drawing & painting department.

Sadly I can go to neither but if your going to them next year I am going to try to go to both.
