So, I've been trying my hand at caricature art lately, partly because it's the most practical for making some money at art, but I also just really enjoy caricature art. I think its fun to look at, and very fun to do, so I'm having a blast learning. Any feedback you guys have, critiques, etc. are very welcome as I'm trying this out, and learning the ropes.
I'm also trying digital coloring in ways I haven't before. I got pretty comfortable with Cel Shading, not that I mastered it by any means, but I was comfortable doing it -- but this "digital painting" approach I'm using on the Caricatures is pretty awesome, but pretty intimidating as well. Again, with the pleas for feedback and constructive criticism.
Thanks to everyone as always for the favorites, the views, and mostly the comments, I appreciate everything -- what a great community this is!

I completely agree with you about talent being a mostly useless word. When people tell me I'm 'talented' at music, I just chuckle and say that the only reason I'm good is because I practiced for 6 hours a day for 4 years straight. Art and music are learnable skills. Now I'm trying to put the time and energy into re-learning drawing technique. Anyway, thanks for telling your story, it was very encouraging!
